As a board-certified physician and skilled aesthetic practitioner, Stephen Weinman, MD, is known for his dedication to quality health care. Dr. Weinman oversees all aesthetic and body treatments offered at Essence Medispa in Highland, New York.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Weinman was accepted into medical school. He completed his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Upstate University College of Medicine in Syracuse.

Dr. Weinman went on to finish an internship at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, New York, followed by a comprehensive family medicine residency through Wilson Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, New York. He’s currently board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Weinman has gained extensive experience in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology.

He has special interests in modern noninvasive treatments that can help each client look as good as they feel by enhancing their natural beauty. To ensure he’s always up-to-date with the latest in medical advancements, Dr. Weinman maintains professional memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.
