Directions to Essence MediSpa. Essence is located in Highland, New York on Route 299, inside the FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center. It is 3.5 miles from the NYS Thruway exit 18.

From Poughkeepsie: Go over the Mid Hudson Bridge and take Route 9W North for 2 miles to route 299. Take Route 299 West 1.5 miles to the FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center building on your right. Essence is located in the FirstCare side of the building.

From Newburgh, Kingston, NYS Thruway 87: Take Exit 18 off the NYS Thruway, and make a right onto Route 299. Go 3.5 miles to the FirstCare Building on your left. Essence is located in the FirstCare side of the building.
